Terms & Conditions

  1. Employees of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter “IOCL”) and their families, Dealers & Distributors, Employees of IOCL Dealers & Distributors, Employees of Advertising Agencies of IOCL, other Channel partners/Sponsors/ Service providers/ Event managers, etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part in this campaign.
  2. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. This offer is only open to Indian Citizens.
  4. Offer commences on 19th May 2022 and closes on 30th June 2022 ("Offer Period"). Any entries received other than this duration shall not be considered.
  5. This offer is applicable at IOCL Retail Outlets in Delhi.


  1. Scheme Eligibility: 

Customers who purchase Petrol (MS/XP95/XP100) are eligible to participate in the campaign and lucky draw through ITPS transactions. 

  • Minimum fill value: Rs. 1,000/-


  1. Scheme Participation Methodology: 

A customer purchasing Petrol/XP95/XP100 as per the eligibility - should provide his/her mobile no. to the fuel delivery boy/salesman/customer attendant at the petrol pump.

Customer will get acknowledgement for the transaction through SMS. 

Only 1 time per customer (mobile no.) per day will be eligible for the lucky draw.

By entering into this offer, you agree that the information about such sales transaction and the mobile number shall be used by IOCL for the administration of the draw and sharing the same with the associate parties for the sales promotion scheme. IOCL or its authorized agents, as applicable, can also use the information/ mobile numbers to carry out customer centric initiatives about this offer or any other communication of future promotions / initiatives and other messages to the participants of this offer.


  1. Gifts (weekly for 6 consecutive weeks) on Offer at each petrol pump in Delhi participating in the sales campaign


Gift 1: EasyFuel e-gift vouchers worth Rs. 4,100/-

Gift 2: EasyFuel e-gift vouchers worth Rs. 1,100/- 

Gift 3: EasyFuel e-gift vouchers worth Rs. 500/-


  1. Draw of Lots / Lucky Draws:

Draws will be conducted weekly using the randomiser selection using a software application of 3rd party. 


  1. Lucky Winners Announcement:

SMS will be sent to winners along with the gift won details. Winners will also be guided on how to redeem the EasyFuel e-gift vouchers won.

Gifts offered to winners can’t be exchanged with any other gifts / products / offers / for cash.

  1. Grievances / Clarifications:

Any Grievances are subject to IOCL and are final within the frame of Terms & conditions and any issues other than the terms and conditions mentioned – are subject to IOCL discrimination powers.

  1. Other Standard Terms & Conditions:

Gift tax - Gift tax applicable as per Govt norms


Neither IOCL nor its dealers or its agency shall be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to send or receive SMS, due to any technical error or otherwise or towards the quality of the product being given as a free gift.

Scheme duration, Lucky Draw schedule, Gifts are tentative and are subject to change without any advance notice.

No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which is entirely the discretion of IOCL.

Travel arrangements, boarding and lodging, if any, for availing the Prizes under this offer shall not be the responsibility of IOCL. Prize winners shall have to make their own arrangements for travel, boarding, lodging, etc. at all times. 

The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash except CAR & Bikes. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer shall not be combined with any other IOCL Promotional or Discount Offer.

The decision of IOCL shall be final, binding and non-contestable. IOCL reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained on this account.

IOCL also reserves the right to audit any/all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the offer have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and/or all such claims along with supporting documents.

IOCL and its partners/sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft or any other mishap, whatsoever, that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoyment of the prizes.

As a general rule no correspondence will be entered into. Correspondence, if any, will be solely at the discretion of IOCL. However customers / Dealers of IOCL can post on https://bit.ly/3wEtqsO . 

Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information shall result in disqualification from this promotion and from all/any future IOCL promotions. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information may also result in the initiation of civil or criminal proceedings against the party by IOCL and /or its partners. 

Any other terms & conditions which are not covered as outlines, are subject to IOCL decision and IOCL decision is final in all the respects.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
